Follow-up: Location Verification

How do I follow up on the location verification? It says it will only take 1 business day for Customer Support to review this, but it has been more than 3 business days since I submitted the required document.  I have done the ID and visual verifications successfully. I need help to be able to post a job ASAP. Thank you!

For a few months, the ID verification team has been swamped. Somewhere I heard that there are upwards of 10k new users each day - I don't think the number is accurate, but the reality is that more users join the site than the team can vet in any given day. Which is probably why they have transitioned to only requesting verification once a new freelancer has a contract.

Anyways, there are periodically messages on the Support site that state the process can take several days.
