For third party arbitration is there any extra money we may pay?

re: "It's also why providers are idiots for offering a moneyback guarantee and then filing any dispute cuz it's auto lose."

If you offer a money back guarantee, then simply honor it. Then you won't have to go to a dispute.

Why would one offer a money-back guarantee in a lose-lose situation?  Serious question.

I don't know why anyone would do that. I remember on Elance someone complaining that they lost a dispute (arbitration) immedialy because they had "moneyback guarantee" in their profile.

If you offer a guarantee, then you can't go into a dispute. That's stupid. Maybe people don't understand what "moneyback guarantee" means. I mean, we already know plenty of freelancers don't understand what the big button that says "Refund" means.
