If you offer a money back guarantee, then simply honor it. Then you won't have to go to a dispute.
I don't know why anyone would do that. I remember on Elance someone complaining that they lost a dispute (arbitration) immedialy because they had "moneyback guarantee" in their profile.
If you offer a guarantee, then you can't go into a dispute. That's stupid. Maybe people don't understand what "moneyback guarantee" means. I mean, we already know plenty of freelancers don't understand what the big button that says "Refund" means.
