Please follow up on the same ticket and provide any additional information that would enable our team to take further steps, since we need to have conclusive evidence before actioning an account.

Upwork has blocked me now. I have been emailing with them sice January and asked them to address the payment situation but I have only been receiving canned answers.


I have informed them that I will do a chargeback and the customer rep did not address this. Now that I have gone through with it - Not willing to pay for fraud and social media harassment. 


I have contacted them but I am getting answers such as "you should have told someone" "You should have reported it".

But this is all i have done since january!



Is there a way to get my account back?


Any good recommendations for other platforms?


Upwork has the worst customer service. Still waiting for an answer.
