I've checked your ticket and see our team confirmed that, based on the evidence you provided, we can't take action against the freelancer you reported. Upwork has blocked me now. I have been emailing with them sice January and asked them to address the payment situation but I have only been receiving canned answers.
I have informed them that I will do a chargeback and the customer rep did not address this. Now that I have gone through with it - Not willing to pay for fraud and social media harassment.
I have contacted them but I am getting answers such as "you should have told someone" "You should have reported it".
But this is all i have done since january!
Is there a way to get my account back?
Any good recommendations for other platforms?
