Hoping for advice and perhaps some hope.
I was working with a freelancer on a project paid hourly. He was constantly updating me and sending pictures and videos of his progress, but today I was trying to access his profile and I got this "This profile is no longer available.".
I paused the contract, sent him a message, and looked into the refund policy, and it seems to not mention this situation.
I'm nervous because I had already paid him 113.5$ on May5, and hate to be scammed like this and think it's possible on Upwork.
Have any of you ever encountered this and know what to do in these unfortunate circumstances?
