HI, community. I need an advise: my freelancer is still not finished with the job- we set a deadline that is overdue by now. Freelancer dissapeared and doesn't answer anymore.What to do? Thank you

Close the contract, hire someone else.

Close the contract without wasting your time .

When I have an important deadline, I typically hire multiple freelancers. If one member of the team doesn't deliver on time, work assignments are given to other team members.
