Freelancer rejected milestone , what happens now?

Freelancer rejected a milestone for 350.

do I have to wait 5-7 business days for the funds to go back on my credit card? what happens to the upwork processing fee?

If you close the contract, the money in escrow, and the service fees will be refunded back to your billing method within 5-7 days.
