Freelancer submitted hours of work that were not done properly.
The contarct is cancelled and he blocked me so I can't get him to remove the hours that will be charged.
We mutally agreed that he misunderstood my requests and that it would be unfair for me to pay him. Additionally, he tracked more hours than we agreed upon.
I'm aware that such things can happen, and I explained that in any case he won't be getting a negative review. But he blocked me and also gave a bad review (which he later edited)
What can I do to remove such tracked hours?
