I do not get any proposals for the job that I have posted. Can someone please help me?

I have hired over 100 freelancers on Upwork. Often I post jobs and hire VERY quickly, even for very technical, complicated projects. When I say quickly, I mean that I often will post a job, get responses, and hire people within 15 to 30 minutes.

The freelancers are out there.

But it sounds like you have posted a job and nobody is sending proposals?
