I just joined as a client, and is asked to verify my identity.
When I click to verify, the name specified is incorrect. The name is grayed out and I can't change. It doesn't match the name on my profile or on the Payment Method.
How do I fix this to verify my identity?
Also, I'm just a representative of the Company who is the Client. Shouldn't I be verifying the company?
