Get bids on a whole project?

I'm new to Upwork and tried posting a job.   However, it showed up as "hourly".   What we want to do is post our job and get bids for the cost of the whole project from prospective freelancers.   Is this possible on this site?  How would I set this up?

Hi Brian,

It is possible to create a Fixed-Price job. When posting your job, in the 'Rate and Availability' section, please select 'Pay a fixed price' in the drop down menu. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
