After withdrawing an offer, How can I get refund and get my deposit back to my bank account ?

Hi Wafa,

If you changed your mind after making an offer, you can withdraw or change your offer so long as the freelancer or agency hasn’t already accepted it.

To withdraw your pending job offer:

• Go to the 'My Jobs' page
• Scroll down to My Pending Contracts
• Click on 'View Offer'
• Click on 'Withdraw Offer'

After withdrawing the offer, the refund will be initiated and it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your account. Feel free to check out this help article for more information.

Hi Aleksander, I did withdraw the offer while it was pending, but I didn't get refund yet. There's no refund in my transitions list. Does it take time to appear back as balance?

The funds have been refunded back to your bank account. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your account. Thank you.
