Getting escrow money back after mutual cancellation of contract?

Hi there.

I am new to using UpWork, and wanted to know how i get my money paid to escrow account back? The job has been mutually cancelled by me and the freelancer, and no money were ever transfered to him. 

Now they are like gone with the wind. How do i get the back?
