Hi everyone,
I got a contract from a client who has payment method not verified. I asked him to verify it but he responded with a screenshot "Attached" that its not working yet for him.
Can anyone please confirm this. Or steps I can share with him by which he can verify his payment method?

Hi Alok,
Most clients can complete verification in less than a day. If your client has any issues verifying their billing method, please let them know to reach out to us so that we can assist them further. It's important to note that you cannot get paid until the client successfully completes billing method verification. For more information, you can refer to this help article.
Based on your screenshot, it seems that your client is opening the Identity Verification page and they should be on the Settings > Billing Methods page to add or verify their billing method.
