I worked with a freelancer for a few hours at a set hourly rate. I just realized I was charged this week and last week for 2 hours for him each week - but he didn't work! We both know that and he did not enter any hours.
Looking back, I see Upwork did the same after the accepted the contract but had not started!
I have never had this problem before and it is super aggravating. I disputed the invoices and wrote him to see if he knew what was going on, but in another time zone
