Help! I Can't Hire Freelancer because of Site Error

I'm trying tohirea freelancer and put money in escrow useing paypal. When I get to  back to the proposal and fill in all the milestones and click the big green hire button i get this error:

"Country code in phone number should contain digits only and should not be blank."

As far as I can see there is no feild asking for a phone number and I don't see ANY feildsthat have been left blank. 

Help please:)
