Help and Support Redirects to my jobs page

Hi,

Whenever I click Help and Support, it redirects to my job page. It does this for a long time. I need support with an issue in my account and that is why I am asking for help to fix this.

My credit card is blocked for no  good reason and now I am not able to pay my writers, so I could need some help! Not being able to contact support is quite frustrating to say the least.
