I have deemed it necessary to report a fraudulent individual on Upwork who is engaging in scam activities. This particular scammer, who identifies as Chinese, has been known to operate using the profiles of others. It has been reported that this individual has previously used accounts originating from countries such as Brazil and Moldova before switching to their current Upwork account.

This scammer has demonstrated their fraudulent tendencies by stealing personal account information, including Gmail and Payoneer details, from me with the pretext of making payments for rented accounts. However, despite being overdue for over a month, no payments have been made, leaving me significantly out of pocket.

As I have attempted to reach out to this fraudster for assistance, he has disappeared without any trace. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in locating my missing account and bringing this individual to justice for their fraudulent actions on the Upwork platform.

That is not an Upwork issue.

It sounds like you need to contact Google or Gmail administrators. And you need to contact Payoneer.

Also: Anyone reading this should be aware that it is a serious violation of Upwork ToS to exchange funds outside of the Upwork platform.

And you can't rent accounts or have anything to do with such.

I'm sorry, but nothing you said in your post makes me think that Upwork will be able to help you.

I think you need to focus on figuring out what you did wrong, so that you can avoid making those same mistakes again the future.

I am curious how you got to know the background of said person. 
Can you share details on how exactly you were approached and how they can use your payoneer account without you having any control over it? - is it that they completely lock you out - if yes, then how do they build trust that they will pay you/ not use your details for illegal activities?
