Hi My Amount is deducted while hiring process but not able to hire

when i hire an freelancer, everything was perfect & i did payment also but I am not able to Hire the freelancer and amount is deducted from my account. What should I do??????????????

Hi Gaurav,

 

I checked your account and would like to confirm that I was not able to locate any charges. Also, you don't have any active contracts at the moment.

Hi

I already did transcation yesterday. Here is attached proof. 

Deducted amount 5$ from my card but i am unable to Hire.

When I want to send an offer to freelancer 1st we need to pay & I paid 5$ than I am unable to offer & now I am doing the same I am not able to proceed. Whats the issue??

Hi Gaurav,

 

You were able to hire your freelancer a few moments ago and your billing method was charged as well. Once your freelancer has submitted their work you will have 14 days to review their work and approve the payment or request for revisions. Thank you.
