I’m experiencing an issue with a freelancer I hired under Contract ID *ROI Phone Number Blocked*. The freelancer guaranteed his services 100%, mentioning this multiple times. Before starting the contract, I made it clear that if the work didn’t meet expectations, I would request a refund, and he agreed. Now that the work hasn’t met the agreed standards, I’ve asked for a refund, but he’s refusing.
I’d like to create a dispute for this contract, but I already have an open ticket for a separate issue. Can someone from the moderation team assist me in getting a dispute started for this specific contract?
ı already provide all document with refund request
