I see an option to request a refund on an invoice but there is no invoice. I have funded two goals and I need to start a dispute because I will not pay this person for their work. I usually just hire people and click "pay" fund" and all of the other options until they start working but I dont understand this process so please help me out here.

This guy's work was also suspect but I had approved more work. I have asked him to hold off on continuing but have not decided this is something I will dispute. My goal is not to get out of paying people. I am upset that I have been scammed by a group of **Edited for Community Guidelines** and I do not trust any of this content to be original at this point. I am now having to audit everyone on my team again.
