A colleague of mine sign-up to upwork as a client and started hiring two people. He has since left and nobody has access to his login nor his email.
How can we delete his account and make sure any owed amounts are paid and contracts ended (with appropriate job feedback given)?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to close the account on this colleague's behalf. He will have to close the account through his account settings, or request for it to be closed by contacting us.
