I drafted a new job description, but I would like a few colleagues to look at it. I don't see a way to do this. Yet, it seems like a very basic need. Am I missing something?

Hi Peter,
You can add your colleagues as team members and they will be able to view the job description and even assist you with hiring a freelancer.

What is the difference between a member and a user? Do I have to invite a new member if the person is already a user?
