How can I let payment be made by coworker?

Hi,
How can I setup Upwork to deduct payment from a coworker's account when I post a job. The coworker is the manager of our Finance deparment & this is needed so he recieves the bills & makes payments ...

Inviting team members and assigning them various permissions is one way to delegate various tasks, such as hiring or managing payments and financial reports. For example, having Admin Financial permissions will allow a team member manage payment methods, view financial reports, etc. You can find more information about it here
