Sorry if that caused any confusion. I see that you don't currently have any open job posts. You won't be able to message any freelancers who've sent you proposals if your job post is already closed; by design, the option is only available on currently open posts. I checked your account and could not replicate the issue. Here is a screenshot for your reference. Could you please let us know if you tried using a different browser or incognito mode? If not, could you please try and let us know if the issue persists?
