I just need a simple question answered and its taking me over an hour yet I cant simply find a way to send out a support ticket or direct email to send out.
My replaced my card and updated the contract but its treating it as a new card so now Upwork has 2 escrow payments in holding. I need one released.
Can someone simply handle this please
