How can i add billings method to my client account ?

I have recently open client account .  Today i tried to add billing method by payoneer card . but its showing error ? 

what payment method you accpet for client to bill them .  Do you accept Visa card of local bank ?

Hi MD Kamrul,

Unfortunately, prepaid and gift cards aren't accepted as a billing method on Upwork. Please, add a different credit card to your client account.
