How do I adjust the project proposal from hourly to milestone?

The original proposal we agreed upon was hourly.  Now we both agree to milestone.  How do I adjust the proposal to reflect this new agreement.  I want to make sure we are both protected.

Hi Rose,

It isn't possible to convert a contract from hourly to Fixed-Price. If you and your freelancer would like to go from an hourly contract to Fixed-Price contract, simply end the hourly job and rehire the freelancer, changing the offer terms to a Fixed-Price contract.
