How do I complain, I payed for a milestone and the agency does not give it to me nor answer?

They dont want to give me any work result, not the one I already payed for and not the total result for the whole project sum.

I canceled the contract, nothing. Are they stealing my ideas?

I payed 180 for black white vectorized milestone.
They wanted me to pay, saud they are ready.
Now they dont hand out even the first milestone.

Instead of 360 for total work, they want 840..between the lines...
