Does anyone know how I can contact support?
My account has $0 balance but shows "Financial Transactions are Limited" because my card on file was canceled. I updated the card but the message is still there.
I tried the "Feedback" button on the side of the support pages. The request is automatically flagged as "Solved".
Am I missing something or is Upwork support non-existent?
