How do I leave a client review if the contract has ended?

Is there a way to leave a client review and rating after the contract is closed?

Enter contract, select Details tab then Feedback field.

Go to the contract's tab, tap on the details tab then the  Feedback field

Hi! I had the same question as Jenine, and I left a "feedback" - but these don't seem to be the public "reviews" of the contract which actually help freelancers boost their profiles ... any idea as to how I can leave an actual public review of the contract?
