Hello, I am currently in a dispute and I want to track its progress. I see in my Dispute section that no open or close case found, does that mean the opposite site withdraw the dispute?
This is my first time dealing with a dispute on Upwork so I really need your help. Thank you a lot.

I checked and the dispute is currently active. Please allow up to 3 business days since the dispute has started for our Specialist to reach out to you. You will be able to access your dispute ticket on this page. To learn more about the disputes process, please check out this thread.

Thanks for your reply, but I clicked on the link you gave and it said "You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved". What does that mean?

Hi Nguyen,
The page you are trying to open is a dispute center and it will show no tickets yet as you still haven't received an update from our specialist. Please try accessing the dispute center using this link. If it is still not working, please access the ticket from the email notification you are going to receive once you receive an update.

After I handed in all the files and did enough research to find potential suppliers, the client canceled the contract and I objected but there is no reaction, when i ret to see the Dispute, it direct me to page: "This page doesn't exist, You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."
