How do you add someone to a shortlist?

I see a lot of posts and questions on what the shortlist feature is, but I can't find anything on how to add someone to the shortlist.

Can someone please tell me how to add someone to the shortlist?

I found it.  You must navigate to the person's profile, then there is a shortlist button.

Probably that option is removed now. I can not find the button to add to shorlists, I spent more than 30 mins

I tired to create a list of my own and add, but can not see where I see that list! I must be dump. And I believe Upwork does not serve the dumb!

Hi Venugopal,

I'm sorry for the confusion this may have caused you. When viewing all of the proposals you received for a given job, you'll see thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons right next to the Message and Hire buttons. The thumbs-up button will shortlist the proposal, and the thumbs-down one will archive it. 

The other list you're referring to is for the freelancers you've saved by clicking the Heart button. This list can be found under Talent > Saved Talent.

I have noticed this with upwork in general but why does it not show what they mean when you hover over it. Some sort of tooltip. 

There are a couple icons that don't make sense.  Heart ,Thumbs up , Thumbs Down.  Some more logical icons might be:

1. Add to list :
2. Remove from list: 
3. Add to Shortlist: 
4. Remove from Shortlist: 

The other option would be to rename "Shortlist" to "Liked List" and to rename "Saved Talent" to "Favorite Talent"
