How do you get account help here?

All help links keep leading me to public support forums for acocunt help - that is not where i want to discuss my acocunt.

Shane, if you've already tried what I'm going to suggest, then you'll have to wait until a moderator responds, but here's how I would do this:

1. go to this page: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us
2. click the green Get Help button, at screen lower right
3. type your question in the popup then click the Continue button
4. click the I Still Need Help button
5. choose a question category and click Continue
6. click a button other than Ask Community, if there is another button. For me, there are additional buttons.

When I attempted to click my settings button it keeps taking me to a screen to set up 2 factor authentication / set passwords etc.

Clicking on any other link ( teams, contact details etc) keeps bringing me back to the same page.

There is no indication 2 factor authentication is required but it seems stuck requring it and not letting me look at my other settings.

The only way through it is to set up 2Factor whether you want to or not

Hi Shane, 

You will need to complete this process first to be able to access the other settings of your account. You will also need to setup a security question first, and fill-in your address and number before you are able to hire on the platform.
