How do you know if the job has been complete but left up?

Hey,

If I see in the clients recent job history a job with the exact same title as the one I am applying for, does it mean that the job is already finished? The job is not a continuous process but rather a one off deliverable. In the clients job history it has the total hours and billed price of the job that is still open to apply for?

How do you know if a job has been forgotten about and left open?

Hi Joshua, 

We don't know why this is the case, but some clients leave their job posts open in case they need more freelancers for the project. Whatever the reason is, it will be up to you if you think sending proposals is worth your time or not.
