How does a corporate client account work

I'm looking at setting up a corporate client account to hire contractors as part of my day job.  Is it possible to

  • Have a single company with multiple people to be able to login with their own individual accounts?
  • Can we hide the names of the individuals logging in?  We want the freelancers to deal with the company, not the individual people?  (The are being hired by XYZ Bank Ltd, not Bobba Fett @ XYZ Bank)

I couldn't see how this worked on any of the documentation.

It is against the ToS to share one account with any other person. 


In your profile Settings, access the  Members & Permissions page. This allows you to delegate work while maintaining account security. It enables you to invite new team members (like colleagues from within your organization), as well as assign each person’s capabilities within your account. For example, you can invite an internal  recruiter from your company to assist you in sourcing talent or give someone in your Accounting department access to pull weekly reports. Here's how you can add or remove team members to your organization.
