How payment process works

we're new to upworks.

we need to understand how is the payment process.

Do freelancers deliver an invoice to us, or is it mediated by upworks?

I mean, upworks will deliver an invoice to us, and then freelancer will deliver an invoice to upworks? is that right?

Hi Ricardo,

You will be able to download all of your invoices by going to Reports > Transaction history. Here you will be able to filter the type of invoices you would like to download and download them in bulks as well.
