How to End a Contract AND Leave Feedback

Hi Friends!

So I hired a woman to do calls for me. But I caught her lying about the calls she has made! I have proof of it. She also has been very slow, but her dishonesty is the worst. Please advise on how I can do all of the following:

1. End her contract

2. Keep her from getting any money from me

3. Leave a review for her
