How to access my role as Hiring Manager and not freelancer

Hello Fellows,

I recently have been added as hiring manger by my client and now I am continiously receiving Emails for weekly billing etc. But when I login into my profile/ account I do not know how to access the billing history etc of my client. I need that information to perfom task they assigned to me.

So anyone can help me to figure out how can I access the monthly billing and payment history of my client.
