How to change budget after contract acceptance?

I have a job, its $X.  I want to change this budget after its accepted.  How do I do that?  Why is this so complicated?

Hi Scott,

When you are ready to release the milestone payment, you will be presented with the option of editing the payment amount of the milestone.
