How to leave a team that was joined in error?

I now have a client profile and this was done in error. A potential client sent me an invite to be part of their team and I accepted. This was not what either of us intended. Furthermore, my profile now says Amber "*** Edited for Community Guidelines ***". I don't work for *** Edited for Community Guidelines ***, I don't want acess to their account, I don't want them to have access to mine, and I can't figure out how to remove myself. Any help is appreciated.
