How to make payments ?

Gretings 

I am new to Upwork but last week I  hired a frelancer

to help me on a project. We have a hourly agreement 

and I see that his worked hours have been logged 

but i dont see ny opition for paying ,

Can someone please shed the light on me?

Wanda, I believe you will be asked by the system to 'approve' the work and you doing so triggers payment release however I do not take hourly jobs and have never dealt with the issue.  I'm flagging your query so a moderator can give you a full and correct response.

Your billing method will be charged automatically on Monday, you won't have to approve it manually  (unless you you want to dispute hours your freelancer has logged for previous week).

Delwar is correct, on Monday you will be charged automatically for hours the freelancer logged within the weekly limit you have set. You will have until Friday midnight UTC to review the Work Diary and dispute any time not related to your assignment.
