How to open a support ticket?

It seems I'm in a loop with the Chat support bot, which tells me to go to support. When I call it, the recording sends me to the same bot. I tried the bot, but it is unable to help, it just tells me to contact support and then gives me a link to itself. Useless.  I can't seem to add a person with finance access; our admins no longer work here. I need help fixing it.

You'll have to drop an email at support@upwork.com - that's how we can generate support tickets. Hope this helps. 

Also, it sounds like your Agency Plus subscription ended and you're unable to add admins to your Agency account. But I am not sure, reach out over email.

  1. Navigate to the Help Center’s navigation bar and select the “Contact Support” option.
  2. Choose the “Chat with Upwork” option to initiate a conversation with our chatbot.

support@upwork.com oesnt work anymore.  the chat bot is terrible,  fees are ridiculous.  Upwork has gone down hill FAST.   As a client I'm looking elsewhere.
