How to post a project privately , not visible on portal , to a specific freelancer

Hi Rinku,

When you are writing your job posting, you will want to select the option of "Only freelancers I have invited can find this job".

You can then type in the freelancer in the field right below, or alternatively when viewing the freelancer's profile, you can select the "Invite to Job" button as described here.
