How to withdraw money from suspended client's account

Hi, I received a refund on 1 May and the refund still sits in the old suspended account and I can't withdraw it. Could you please assist transferring money back to my bank account. 

Since it wasn't possible to post a question with a suspended account I used a different freelancing account for this. Please contact me and I will provide the client account username.
