How we see account info to manage it

I am a new memeber poste first ... paid money .. taken form my account 3 times ... shocking ??/ no contace /support or chat robot dont understand my concern???    Am I landed in Jupiter

Did you consider clicking on the "Contact Upwork Customer Service" button showing clearly on your screenshot?

You can check all the transactions made on the account by going to Reports > Transactions. Feel free to follow up if something is still unclear.
