I am under agency but when I submitted a proposal I submitted it as freelancer. Is it possible that the client will see my agency even if I submitted my proposal as freelancer?

Hello Mary Anne,

You will need to switch your account first in order to apply for a job post as an agency. Simply click the accounts menu at the top right part of your page and then select your agency.  Once you are in your agency account, you will be able to find jobs under your Find Work page. Please see screenshot attached. Thank you.
