I am employer. How do I show the freelancer's time zone? (Not my time zone)

I am employer. How do I show the freelancer's time zone on his profile and on Messages between us.  He is in the Philippines nd shows my (Califormia) time on his profile, and in Messages. I know what time it is here! WHat time is it where he is at?

In the mobile app, time zone is below the name of the person you are communicating with, at the top of the screen. On the desktop version, the time zone is in the right top corner of the screen when you are in the messages. They indicate the time zone and how many hours ahead or behind.
