I am trying to contact upwork, I can find NO method to connect with a person

Upwork has a very good platform  BUT is it good enough that i will NEVER have a question that I will need answered by a person.  I have been searching for three days and have found no method to contact a person.  I have been an upwork client for over three years now and have NEVER had this problem.

Can anyone help?

Click on the Support Bot thingie

Type in "Contact Support"

Click on "Contact Support"

Take it from there.

OK, that worked, WOW, only thru experience would someone know that. I am
saving this message. next time. this does not calm my fears about

I have been an upwork client from way back and things have been fine but I
have noticed over the years it is getting harder and harder to contact a
"person". I suddenly had an immediate need concerning my payment method
and have realized there is almost no method whatsoever to contact a
person. I received from community a four step process. I will save this
for my next emergency but meanwhile I would ask that someone message me as
to how I connect with a person. We are exchanging funds on this site and
to think it can be totally unmanned is unreasonable. Thanks Stephen
