I can not find a way to connect paypal as a billing method.

I am newbie from Romania. I can not find a way to connect paypal as a billing method. There is only card option. Can you help me to connect my paypal?

Please note that Paypal is not an available billing method for all users, this varies based on your location. You'll be able to select from an alternative billing method in your account payment options.

I have a verified, active PayPal account in good standing. But I can not the find the way to connect my paypal account to upwork account. Upwork does not support paypal for Romanian account?

Unfortunately, no. Only the options you see when you click Add a Billing Method on your account are available in your location.
