As per the subject.
I have a screenshot, but I'm not going to upload to a public forum, for obvious reasons.
Why is there no way of contacting support?
This is a debit card issued by a UK bank. It is a mastercard.

The majority of debit cards can not be used as a payment method, only those which act in the same way as a proper credit card, which most UK ones do not.

I have 3 other businesses with Upwork accounts, all being paid for by debit cards.

Interestingly I am not the one whose card is being refused by Upwork, so your rudeness is both inappropriate and directed at the wrong person.

Thanks for the continued advice.
I haven't got multiple accounts. I have multiple businesses. Each is a registered limited company. Each has its own Upwork account, as it legally has to.

From your guide...
Upwork accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards.
This is a Mastercard.
